# REST FROM STRESS!!

# May you enter into the rest that only God can give in Jesus' mighty name 

# I speak the covenant of rest over you, according to God's word, in Jesus mighty name 

{1 Kings 5:4-: But now the LORD my God hath given me rest on every side, so that there is neither adversary nor evil occurrent.}

# May the Lord, grant you and your family, rest on every side, in Jesus' mighty name. 

# May the Lord, you rest from that endless circle of medical crisis, in Jesus' mighty name

{Psalms 127:2B-: For so he giveth his beloved sleep.}

# Father, Lord, I bless you for your love and faithfulness towards all your beloved sons and daughters.

# Lord, I bring all those struggling from mental and emotional exhaustion- before your throne of grace and mercy.

# Lord, I pray for that one who finds it hard to sleep at night due to the many cares of life.

# Lord, I pray for that one whose life, is on hold because they are caring for a sick loved one.

# Lord, I pray for those who are tired and exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally, because they are the primary caregivers of their loved ones.

# I pray for those who can't sleep well at night because of their medical conditions 

# I pray for that person whose nighttimes are full of nightmares, anxiety panic attacks.

# I pray that person who is being constantly tormented by the spirit of fear.

 # To you, who is gripped by the spirit of the fear of death. Receive your peace. You shall live and not die, in Jesus mighty name.

# Lord, your word says, you give your beloved sleep 

# So, in Jesus' mighty name. I pray for the gift of sleep and divine rest, for all dealing with sleeplessness.

# Lord, grant them peaceful sleep and rest tonight and for the rest of this month and beyond, in Jesus' mighty name.

# Fill their hearts and minds with the peace of the Holy Spirit that passes all understanding, in Jesus' mighty name.

# I pray for that young one who is afraid to go to sleep at night because of their abusive family members waiting to pounce on them.

# Lord, I raise walls of defence and protection for such person in the realm of the spirit and in the physical, in Jesus' mighty name.

# Expose their abusers and set them free from all mental and emotional torture, in Jesus' mighty name.

# Lord, send your angels to surround them tonight and always, in Jesus' mighty name.

# By the authority and power in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. I say, No more worries for you at night.

# By the authority and power in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. I say, No more fear, for you, in the night.

# By the authority and power in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. I say, No more anxiety and anxiousness 

# By the authority and power in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. I say, no more panic attacks for you -tonight or any other night in Jesus' mighty name.

# May the Lord, send you help from heaven above, in Jesus' mighty name.

# May the Lord, bring the right people alongside you, to help you, in Jesus' mighty name.

# Be of good courage- it shall end in praise
