The vision for the Gilgal Women and Children's Ministry International is based on Joshua 5:9 which says:

"And the LORD said unto Joshua, this day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day."

Gilgal Women and Children Ministry International was started because of the burden God placed on his servants' hearts to care for the fatherless and the widow. Knowing first-hand the needs in their homeland for accessible education to underprivileged children, the vision with birthed to start schools for orphans and widows' children in Otada Village and Otukpo town, Nigeria and develop supports for the widows living in this area. Gilgal desires to see transformation in lives and communities as children receive education, widows are supported and vocational training and opportunities are provided in the name of Jesus Christ.
