In our modern churches this is maybe our most important ministry! ( Shhhhh don't tell Pastor) The sound person insures that everyone singing or speaking is heard, we hear videos/ cd's, the band, the Pastor. All this without blasting us away. It can be little technical but mostly it requires a love for God and His people and a good ear.
