LORD TO WHOM SHALL WE GO?

(Dedicated to all the rejects, outcasts,
ostracized, broken and battered,
that will not give up and will not stop believing)

# Hang in there for every dark Friday night experience. Your Sunday morning of sunshine will surely come if you do not give up. Your Sunday morning of joy will surely come

(John 6:68-: Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.)

# Mock us, all you, want, we will not stop trusting and believing in God.

# For God our Father has not given up on us yet- watch out we shall rise again.

# Good Friday comes to remind us that for every dark Friday there's always a bright Sunday morning to follow

Micah 7:8-: Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

# Call us, hypocrites all you want, we will not stop believing. We will not stop trusting in God

# Yes, we, may fail and fall seven times over, yet, we will not stop running to God, our heavenly Father

Proverbs 24:16-: For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

# Our love and devotion to God, our heavenly Father, is based on, the revelation of His undeniable love for us.

# We love and trust God, not only because of what He can do, or because He, is a prayer-answering, God. No, we love Him, because of Who, He is.

OUR LOVE AND DEVOTION TO GOD, IS A FUNCTION OF DIVINE REVELATION, NOTHING MORE, AND NOTHING LESS

# I know we're broken and battered, but we still look to the Lord, our God. I know that a thousand times over we have failed Him.

# Thousand times over we have not lived up to expectations you know, that we know that and above He knows that. Yet Jesus still loves us.

# Do not take our weakness as a sign that we are taking the grace of God for granted. God forbid

# In our imperfections, we still look to the Lord, our God

# I know we're weak and fearful, but we still look to the Lord, our God

# I know we don't have it, all together, but we still look to the Lord, our present help in the time, of trouble

# I know we're faithless and full of doubt, sometimes, but we still look to the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth

# I know they say, we don't walk straight most of the time, but we still look to the Lord, our God, who is full of mercy.

# I know we still struggle in our walk with the Lord, but we still look to the Lord, who is always full of grace and compassion

# I know they mock us, for our hypocrisy and lack of faith, sometimes, but we still look to you, Lord.

# Lord, you're our only hope in times of trouble. You're our strength when we are weak.

# You're the way when we are lost.
Lord, if you don't do it, it will never get done
That's why, like a maiden, looks to her mistress, so do we now, and always look to you, Lord.

# Lord, if you, do not help us, at a time like this, where do we go to for help?
To whom shall we go, Lord?

If not to you Lord, the all-compassionate Father, to whom shall we go?

# To us, you're the only source of life.
You're our only hope.
We have no plan B.

# Many are they that mocked us saying the Lord will not come through for us this time around, but we that is not true, we know you will never leave us or forsake us

# We have no backup plan, except your plans for us. For even when we're unfaithful,
you remain faithful to yourself and to us.

# Difference between us, and the cynics, we know that without you, we are nothing.

# Difference between us, and the atheist, in our hypocrisy, we still know you to be the source all life and all that is good and true.

# This is why we love you and this is why we will forever trust and depend on you.

(Psalms 123:2-: Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters,
and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us. )

# To all the critics and cynics wondering why God will love someone like us, there is only one answer to why God loves us so, so much.

# The answer to your question is this -: because God is love

# And there is only one answer to why God has mercy on us, and that is because is all-merciful and rich in mercy

# God's mercy is an attribute of His deity. God will always be true to Himself.

2 Samuel 7:18-: Then King David went in, sat in the LORD’S presence, and said,
Who am I, Lord GOD, and what is my house that You have brought me this far?

# Unlike our critics, we know that came this far, in life, purely by the undiluted mercy of the Lord our God.

# We like King David know that if it has not been for the mercy of the Lord, speaking through Calvary we will not be where we are today.

# For the higher a man thinks of himself, the less he appreciates the grace of God. So we can not afford to think more highly of ourselves than we have to. For we are who we are by the grace and the mercy of God

# Sometimes people feel that they are better than someone else because their sin is not quite as terrible.

#But we can afford to fall into the above traps, unlike some of our critics we admittedly agree that we are chief amongst sinners.

# Today, we stand tall in humility to celebrate our gateway to eternal life.

# Today, we celebrate the incarnate one that made it possible for rejects like us, to be accepted in the beloved.

When you see us celebrating this weekend just know that we acknowledging that we without Calvary we are nothing.

# Good Friday to us was the day sealed our sonship with our heavenly Father.

# Good Friday comes to reassure us that weeping may endure for a night, but if we can hold on a little longer joy will surely come on Sunday morning.

Happy Resurrection Weekend.
