YOU’RE NOT A FAILURE
(Job 14:14
If a man dies, shall he live again?
All the days of my appointed time will I wait,
Till my change comes.)
I know you’re disappointed, but you’re not a failure
I know you’re discouraged, but you’re not a failure
I know you’re frustrated right now, but you’re not a failure
I know you’re heartbroken, but you’re not a failure
I know you’re angry, but you’re not a failure
Why are you not a failure?
Because you stood up and fought for something you believed in
You gave all you got into it
You gave your all to that marriage
You gave your all to that relationship
You gave your all to be a parent to that child
You gave your all to that business
You gave your all to that job
You gave your all to that venture
You gave your all to study for that test
And the list goes on and on
You’re not a failure, failures are those who never tried anything
Failures are those who never attempted anything
So my brother, my sister, don’t lock yourself up in the dark room of depression and despair
Wipe your tears give yourself, a high five
Celebrate yourself , Say to yourself
At least I stood up, I did something about my situation
I tried.
Like Peter though sinking, but you did get out of the boat
You walked on the waters of life for a few seconds
Just like Peter Jesus, is in this stormy ocean of life’s troubles with you. You’re not going to drown
God is not done with you yet
Trust me child of God you’re not a failure
Don’t stop trusting in the Lord, please don’t
Don’t quit on yourself now, please don’t
Don’t let anyone make you look down on yourself
YOUR BEST DAYS ARE YET TO COME
(Job 13:15
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him:
But I will maintain mine own ways before him.)
